Nathalie Cassée, specialized blockprinter from The Netherlands will host workshops of printing on fabric with hand print technique of wood blockprinting. During this workshop, you will learn the basics of block printing, printing on fabric with wood blocks. Nathalie will explain how to create a design and encourage you to create your own: you will not be able to rely on a pre-existing template and will have to draw on your imagination. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with a unique design, which you can use in a future creation! Block printing is a traditional and ancient printing technique that is well known in India.
